Designing processes or events for Community Building and Teambuilding is an art that requires careful consideration of various factors. In our work we take into consideration past conflicts, individual stories and triggers, racial and group hierarchies, and cultural gender dynamics. One particularly impactful tool in our arsenal is the communal experience of food, which we often utilize to enable Social Cohesion.
